Day 21- A Reminder

I had lunch today with my Grandmother and Granddaddy at their home. It was so peaceful to be back in a place that I have so many warm, golden-tinged childhood memories. We walked around Grandmother's flower garden, and I snapped a few pictures of the colorful blooms that graced the yard. The beauty of her garden brought to mind a few verses that reminded me how deep our Father's love is to us, His children. "If God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you?... Your Heavenly Father knows you need all of these things...So do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Matthew 6:30, 32, 34
"And the Lord will continually guide you and satisfy your desire in scorched places and give strength to your bones. You will be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water whose waters do not fail." Isaiah 58:11
"The Lord is gracious and merciful, slow to anger and great in lovingkindness. The Lord is good to all, and His mercies are over all His works. All Your works shall give thanks to You, O Lord, and Your godly ones shall bless you." Psalm 145:8-10
