{JPB Day 13} Walking, Shopping, Cheering

I love Denver. Oh, and the area surrounding it. Honestly, if you lived here, why on earth would you ever leave? This place is amazing, the climate, the views, sky, and vegetation are breathtaking. I'm in love! Here's a few things that happened today...

Snapshots from an early morning walk around the neighborhood where we're staying. Look at the colors! The landscapes of all the homes are very natural, lots of rocks, piney trees, wildflowers and grasses. Simple but stunning.

The backyard view where I drank coffee and had my quiet time. There's a little brook that runs through the backyard that makes the most delightful burbling sound. There is absolutely no humidity; it is literally the perfect climate for being outdoors.

While the boys went to the gym, Aunt Diane and I visited a quaint little shop called The Barn. Inside were tons of unique antiques in Shabby Chic form. Heaven! Needless to say I came away a few dollars lighter and a few goodies heavier. Now to figure out how to get them back home on the plane...

To end the day we went to a Rockies game with the whole family. Here's the guys walking in.

And the sunset at Coors Field. Great way to end the day.

On the agenda for tomorrow? Outdoor scenes from hiking!
