Sculpting

"God made my life complete when I placed all the pieces before Him. When I got my act together, He gave me a fresh start...God rewrote the text of my life when I opened the book of my heart to His eyes." Psalm 18:20-24 (MSG) How appropriate! God really is doing some great things in my life, things that I would have never even considered three months ago. Indeed, my life has been sculpted to a completely different shape now. The old adage applies here: whenever one door closes, one more opens. And that is so true! I have discovered God taking the shattered pieces of my heart and my life and forming a new, even more brilliant sculpture with them. Restoration. God actually delights in taking the unworkable or unworthy and making it completely worthy and of utmost value(When a Woman Discovers Her Dream). It's certainly not finished yet, but I am excited to see the final masterpiece unveiled.
