To my great shame, the only picture I took on the last day of my July Photo Blog was a picture of organic free range chicken broth. It's rather anticlimactic, I know. But it's a pretty accurate representation of my life! Sorry!
This just shows you how excited I get when I find new organic options at our grocery store. We do not have an organic grocery store (such as a Whole Foods Market) in our town, so any time I find a new organic product that has not been stocked before I get a little excited. In fact, I snapped this picture right from the shelf and immediately tweeted it. I was that excited!
Michael and I have filled out comment cards for our grocery store politely asking for more organic options. The managers have responded to us with mailed letters thanking us for our interest and promising that they are working on it. When I saw this new product, I grabbed another comment card to thank them for paying attention to their customers' desires.
All it takes is one step at a time to start a change!
